I was given an appointment to move my internet connection from old flat to new flat.
I clearly asked if there is anything else to do from my side to have smooth transition. I was told that everything is OK, I don't need to do anything more.
But on the very same day that they need to come and connect my internet, I was told that at 8 AM in the morning my appointment was cancelled. I spend 2 hours on the phone with their customer service with no meaning. They told me on that day, when they cancelled my appointment, that I need to sign some papers. I asked them “why didn't you tell me on the day I took the appointment when I asked is there anything else to do from my side.” Answer was nothing but lots of meaningless arguments. Then I cancelled my internet subscription and returned the modem at 31st of March, 2017.

Now, after half a year, they are charging me with 79 EUR for modem I have already returned.

Only thing I can tell about this company is their motto (that's the way aha aha and like it') is piece of “NOTHING”.

I highly advise not to even get closer to this company. Otherwise, you will get plenty of headache!
