I booked a car parking space for a weekend break. Arrival time was 4.45am for a 6:30 flight. I woke at 4am and saw a missed call (at midnight, while I was sleeping). I tried to call back but the number was unavailable.

Nevertheless, I arrived, and found the site closed up. No lights, nothing. I tried to call the number again - no connection.

Emails, Facebook messages have since gone unanswered. A telephone call (on the only number they publish) was answered by a person who spoke little English and only directed me to the email, which has been ignored.

On their Facebook page, I see they ran a competition - 'leave a 5-star review and stand a chance to win a prize'. Hence, there are lots of 5-star reviews. There are, however, numerous complaints exactly like mine.

You have to pay in advance to reserve the spot. It was 'only 24' euros in my case, but still, the practice is unprofessional at best. At worst....?
