Long time waiting for a internet connection at Home

Dear All,

I received an invoice from you last week about the fiber internet connection which I subscribed on 4th of December and it's still not installed for 44 EUR
and the funny part is that you're also charging me for the modem rental (2.56 EUR) which I never received, so unfortunately, I refuse to pay that amount till I have the connection installed, I also sent an email to you(clients@orangeluxembourg.lu) on 7th of February telling the whole story and nobody answered me.

In short, I'm waiting almost for 3 months already to have a simple internet connection at home and paying for something that I'm still not using (I've paid the previous invoice by the way).

I really hope to have an answer by this channel.
